The presentation of each translation was generally carried out systematically, starting from the Western author, from his contribution to the culture he belongs to. Narrative or scientific sources of each work were analysed, its European circulation, the versions in other languages that constituted an intermediary for the Romanian translation. The analysis of each text from a philological and linguistic viewpoint was then undertaken. In some cases a collaboration of the project researchers was necessary, according to the competences of each of them, so that some articles have more than one author.
